Community Organising with Citizens UK

We are part of the nation’s largest people-powered alliance, working with others to build a better, fairer society. This happens through relationship building and leveraging the power of the people and money in our local North London alliance. As much of our community work focuses on supporting individuals and addressing needs caused by poverty and homelessness, this work for systemic change aims to tackle the root causes.

We actively campaign on issues of migration and housing, we are building cohesion and trust across difference to combat hate and division, and we frequently support the national efforts to support living wages and hours for all workers in London.

Though many members of our congregation are not native to the UK, our faith inspires us to work for change that brings justice to everyone here in our native or adopted home.
